I actually find the XJ 3.0 is pretty staid compared to my 2005 Quattroporte. The QP always feels like a Ferrari in disguise. The Jaguar feels like a limousine, it doesn't want to rev up unless you turn off the traction control and turn on Sport Dynamic mode. Then you can find the predator underneath, but she doesn't want to come out of hiding in normal driving mode.

Get a larger crank/lower pulley and a VAP tune to take it to 450 hp (475 with upper/SC pulley as well), that really unleashes the predator even in normal mode!
