The best way is the get the email addresses from the dealers within 50 miles and send them your RFP (request for proposal) with detail specs of what you want. Have them bid against each other. It has worked real well for me every time. I got about $10,000 off MSRP.
I just bought a Audi A7 for the wife and got $1400 off invoice ($7800 off MSRP) using the same method.
It saves a lot of time and hassle. The winning dealer would have the car and all the paperwork ready for me when I get there. In and out in 30 minutes.

I snagged a manufacturer demo vehicle with less than 5K on the clock. Never titled, I am the first owner, and somebody has already broken it in for me. Doing that enabled me to get a deal similar to the one listed above...at least $10k off, not to mention special rates < 1%.
Good time to be in the market for these kinds of vehicles.

I'd conduct a second round for revised bids once you get the best offers from the first round. I try to limit it 2 rounds and make a commitment not to keep shopping the offers around, just to be fair; but, that is purely up to you.
