Driver's Door Vibrations

Driver's Door Vibrations
Hi everyone,
I'm a Westerner living in the Middle East. I'm new to the forum and I have found it to be very informative, with plenty of interesting discussions on a wide range of topics.
I have been living with the issue in the subject for some time now, approximately for the last 3 months and 3000 Km, and it's getting to the point where I no longer enjoy driving the car like I used to do.
The vibrations on the driver's door are present exclusively at very low revs/speed, sometimes even on perfectly flat roads. I have found a few posts in different sections of the forums discussing similar problems but there doesn't seem to be a final consensus on the root cause and how to address and fix the situation.
My main concern is to define a course of action that I can share with the service center in order to solve the issue during the next scheduled maintenance, for service centers have the lowest skills, preparation and all around professionalism I have ever seen in this area of the world.
Should we just start by cleaning the seals with an all purpose cleanser as suggested elsewhere or we'd be better of replacing them (and if that's the case, all of them or only the upper one?).
Any insight or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
The car is a 2012 XJ-L with 38000 Km.
Best Regards,
StuckInTheDesert
