I was taking forever to find wheels, there was just nothing that really looked right on our cars. I narrowed it down to a few but was really bummed when they told me that these CHR IIs would only fit the F-Type, and the offset was too low (i think) for the XJ. I actually went to BBS to test fit the wheels, and the fitment IMO was perfect. So several weeks later, here are the results
My apologies for the over-exposure on some of the pictures, I was in a rush cuz it was stupid hot out.
I wanted to add some info, since a few people, myself included, have been looking for wheels lately and had questions about size, ride, etc.
These are 21x9 front (ET45) and 21x10.5 (ET32).
245/35 front and 275/30 rear Hankook Ventus V12s. 285 would probably fit too, to make the width look a little better, but i didnt want to push my luck, since the offset is already so low.
Most people are worried about the ride, and I can honestly say the ride is fantastic. The gf even commented on it unprompted, which is a good testimonial. Its not necessarily "better" than OEM, but its different. Smooth pavement actually rides slightly better than stock, due to the tires obviously, but it also communicates more feeling from the road, so depending on if you want that or not, this could be a plus or minus. Of course, you need to be more aware of potholes and such, but you kinda have to do that with the stock 20s.
Overall, if anyone is on the fence about bigger wheels, I wouldnt hesitate to do 21s. The selection for our bolt pattern isnt great, and 21s limit that even more, but knowing that F Type wheels fit without issue definitley opens up the selection more, especially if anyone wants to do F Type OEM wheels.
Those just happen to be my favorite style of wheels. Personally I've always kinda felt that BBS wheels looked good on Jaguars anyway, partly because BBS supplied OEM wheels to Jaguar in the 1st place. Kinda gives it that "OEM+"-look that a lot of people strive for. Well done Hank, well done sir!

Thanks a lot Panthro! Thats just what I was going for, so I am glad you think I achieved it.
And its funny that you mention the OEM Jaguar BBS wheels. They showed me a couple of old S Type wheel faces that they still had available, it was pretty cool.
^^^
Those were the ones they showed me, not the S-Types. My mistake. I would have never guessed those were 2 piece wheels until I was shown. Pretty neat.
They also had a Nissan/Panoz Delta Wing in the office, for some reason.
For 2002 and 2003 they were the OEM wheel on the XJR, but finished in a silver color not the Oyster as on mine. What was really great about them was that if you scraped the chrome ring it was replaceable. Actually I still have a spare wheel and 2 or 3 of the rings left.
