Finish coming off of my wheels

Hi. Would there be a reason the silver/aluminum finish is coming off of a couple of my wheels. A creamy looking finish is what is underneath the finish that has gone away. Why is this happening any one no.

Not normally on Jaguar wheels, but seen happening on aftermarket ones. What wheels you have?

They are Kasuga OEM #1

Ok. Paint should be good quality. Possible reason can be that someone bleeded the brakes, spilled brakefuild on them and did not rinse it off well with water?
