Front Fender alignment adjust

Front Fender alignment adjust
Hi all
am going to sell my Xj, had a very light tap from a silly woman at a rounabout intersection, less than 40 kph impact as she failed to give way and failed to indicate, you know the story with those sorts of drivers and the somehow complete ineptitude of drivers and their knowledge of how to use roundabout intersections correctly.
Anyway the XJ was put on a vehicle carrier transport truck and shipped to my Capital city, went to the only Jaguar qualified panel/paint repairer for my insurance co in my state, about 4 months later i received the call to pick her up and all repairs were completed, new front fender as it was creased at the top of the wheel arch on the front left passenger side.
So after picking her up around 4 months later when doing an oil change i was very disapointed to find my new front fender looks out of height alignment over the headlight and needs to be dropped at least 5-7 mm.Ok i am aware of the X351 complaints on panel alignment in this area, as visible on the drivers side fender to headlight pic, but i really want to get this sorted for my sale.
Can the front fender be adjusted in height relative to the headlight? The piocs show the Right side drivers headlight to fender gap, and the gap to the left side passenger fender to headlight, the also is an alignment issue with the fender to front bumper, i feel if the front fender can be dropped at the front only it will also resolve the second alignment issue to the bumper.
Not had any luck finding any info on the net, mostly i can find are headlight replacement and front bumper upgrades, none of which make reference to the the front fender adjustment or removal.
Sorry the XJ is filthy, she has been in storaage and only engine run weekly to keep oil in the galleries.
Front left drivers
Front right passenger
Front right bumper to fender
You can see the front bumper plastic panel pin in the bumper to fender pic and the front to back panel alignment clearly in the last pic.
I dont want to end up down a rabbit hole with this but if anyone can guide me as to if the ffront fender can be dropped at the front of the vehicle to correct this, all other fender panel gaps are level and even from fender to A pillar, Fender to door panel and Fender to Hood in respect to even but not in height, this also shows the fender front panel needs to be dropped at the front, the hood height adjustment pin is very near max which is incorrect and maybe lazy of the Lombardi Bros Perth auto repairer to my mind in establishing correct adjustment.

I have only been playing with a few adjustments on my car for the front bumper, but from my experience, to really get everything lined up correctly, you have to be willing to loosen everything to get it aligned. That means the bumper, the headlights, the hood hinges and latch, and the fenders. Sometimes you just can't get where you need to go by adjusting one or 2 of these components.

Thanks for your reply mate, I was fearing that and really did not want to end up there, looks like the front bumper is coming off then.
