Default Front and Rear Climate Control Panels INOP

Good afternoon Jag Team,

I have been reading a few posts in here and have yet to come to a definitive solution. The Front and Rear Climate control Panels are INOP and I can not figure out which fuse or relay is associated with those control panels. Panels were working intermittently and now have ceased to function at all. I have disconnected the battery in the trunk (and then closed the trunk so I found out how to open the trunk with a disconnected battery) and let the system clear out for an hour or so and reseated the connection cables but to no avail. I want to check the relays/fuses before I have to take the center console apart. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

These are the 2 fuses in the passenger compartment fuse box that I think are related to the control panels but replacing them has not changed the outcome.

Do you have the ability to get the car hooked up to the SDD?
You may have deeper problems than just no power since both panels are doing the same thing.
