Full Size Spare in XJ

Does anyone know if you can fit a full size spare in the new XJ? i know they come with the RED/ORANGE 18" donut thing.

I think if you measure it up, you will find it will not fit unless the lid is modified, as the full size wheel will protrude above the level of the lid.
