Is this a good deal?
Dear all, I have been offered the following lease deal and I would appreciate any input that you could give me as to whether this is a good or bad deal:
Vehiccle XJ2011 supercharged
MSRP: 93,050 (it includes some optionals)
bank fee: 795
net capitalized cost: 86,178.65
money factor: 0.00175
monthly payment: 1424.08 (including CA tax)
down payment: 5,000 (includes 2,204.35 cap reduction, 1,092 dmv fee, 1,424.08 advance payment)
Any advice is greatly appreciated. I have done some research on the net, but have very little experience with leasing.
Thank you

Decent, not terrific. Money factor is 4.5% or something like that. .00175 x 2400 = money factor. That's not a great interest rate in this day and age. You really have to go below 2.9% for it to be a reeeeally aggressive rate. As for getting the car for $86,178 on a $93,050 sticker...that's very aggressive. If you could marry the interest rate with the price of the car..that would be a very sweet deal.
