Is there any significance to the color of the Jaguar badge on the grill.
I was asked the other day by a guy in an earlier XJ who had black badges on grill and wheels
Mine are red.

 

The black Growler was used up to and including the 2013 model year. The red Growler began with the 2014 model year. Grille badge matched wheel center cap color.

If you want to change what you have, inexpensive aftermarket Chinese Growler grille badges and center caps are available in red or black on eBay, Amazon, and Alibaba. Simple, DIY installation.
