I blew my engine?

I blew my engine?
Hello...my saga continues with this car. I was driving on the highway and started to hear a little squeal upon acceleration. Sounded like a belt. When I got off the highway I could hear knocking. Oil is full and it runs fine no misfire. I am thinking I spun a main bearing. Please take a look at the video and let me know what you guys think. I'll take off the filter later today for a look. I really like this car aside from all the problems and hope this is not the end.
Thanks for your help!

It's decision time. Tearing down the motor may not be worth the effort/cost vs. just putting in a replacement junk yard motor or a rebuilt motor, or selling the car as-is.

Sadly, with that metal in the oil filter, you would need to pull the motor and tear it down to discover the extent of the damage. That metal could have done a lot of collateral damage.

That noise is NOT the infamous worn SC coupler / torsion isolator rattle, it sounds very different and WAAAAY worse than that to me.
My money is on rod knock especially with all the evidence of bearing material in the oil filter.
Sadly I would say it's time for a replacement engine.

Every 3-7k, always under a year. I would never follow that extended change interval. You bring up a good point...could the oil have resulted in the failure? Mobil 1 has a warranty might be worthwhile to have them come out and check the oil.
