I have a friend that is making a company change and moving to Houston from Dallas. He has a 2011 XJ Supercharged. He will, as time goes by and not able to get to Dallas at the spur of a moment to have a good garage that he can get some normal things, not extended warranty work, done. Any suggestions or ideas? He will live in downtown Houston and his company campus is in Katy, TX.

Also what is the best Jag dealership in Houston for recalls, and extended warranty work (understanding most are legalized thieves) in Houston (perhaps someone knows which dealership that "Brutal" works at)?

Does he have a warranty? With it being a 2011 probably not.

I have used the dealer Brutal is at. Yes it's in Houston but I will let Brutal answer as I am not sure if he wants that to be posted? Maybe PM him to check? But I was very satisfied with that dealers work and I am picky and know Jaguars.

They have several locations but I went to the above address for a tough repair. I had a wreck and shorted out the PCM which scrambled it and needed to be reprogrammed. They were able to do it when even Jaguar told me it would NOT be possible. Plus they installed several software updates that I had missed after the car went out of warranty.
