Nass,
I've moved you question from General Tech Help to X351 forum.
Members here with the same model will be able to help.
I've also moved your first post to a new Intro thread of your own. Here's the direct link to it:

Yes, myself in particular have posted repeatedly regarding that vibration. As a matter of fact my XJL is at the dealer right as I write this, the 4th time with the same complaints. See a previous link about this subject:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...l-seat-104102/
While the people in the link state that their vibration got better with tire changes it was not eliminated. I have tried even switching wheels between my XF and XJL and still the vibration exist. I am seriously thinking about initiating a Jaguar buyback since I am not willing to tolerate this ride issue. We'll see what happens when my 2012 car is returned from this latest service where they promised to check "everything" in the suspension.
There have been several pro road testers that complained about the ride, here is the latest that I've read:
2013 Jaguar XJ Pros and Cons: Michael's Review
Exerpts:
"The classic Jaguar XJ was renowned for its ride quality. The current car doesn't measure up. While the XJ glides down the highway, at lower speeds it shimmies and jiggles. All but the smallest bumps send tremors through the body structure."
In my experience the worst is at freeway speeds where all those small individual shimmies and jiggles coalesce into a continuous vibration that DOES send tremors through the body structure.
I've posted these problems repeatedly before on this forum but, most who replied did not seem to perceive the same problem. My wife, while sensing the vibration, claims that it does not bother her. It bothers me a great deal as no car should vibrate, particularly not on smooth road surfaces. The fact that most owners do not seem to experience this issue leaves some hope for a fix. But, with time and research I am more and more convinced that Jaguar has some real issues with the chassis design. After all, they tried to change the suspension for "better road surface isolation and passenger comfort" for 2013, yet, you have a 2013 with the same problem. An Australian reviewer mentioned the vibration in his 2014 XJR. That indicates that it is more than a simple spring or damper problem. Seem to me that Jaguar does not seem to want or be able to fix it.
Hope you find a solution, let us know here,
Good luck,
Albert
