Jaguar corporate seems to be trying

I've had my XJL since late December I've received approximately 6 surveys for my opinion as a new owner and for customer service. Not all surveys are from Jaguar, but they are all about the XJL. It seems that Jaguar really wants to know my opinion and in some surveys... want to know how to improve.
I also receive literature from Jaguar written on high-end paper and packaging with advertising gimmicks. They are "out to impress"! I've seen 2 TV commercials specifically for the XJ.
I'm really impressed with their effort to find out what customers think. Hopefully they are reading the replies and will address issues and concerns of owners.
