You're in Russia. If there are any "Hot Rod" or auto parts stores near you, check with them. Or check with local exhaust shops.

This US company specializes in performance parts. I don't know if they ship to Russia:
https://www.summitracing.com/

They sell a variety of exhaust cut-outs, including this highly rated electric exhaust cut-out:

You may be looking for a product that doesn't exist "off the shelf." A custom exhaust shop should be able to make exactly what you want.

Yeah this will definitely be a custom install. You can get the exhaust valve from Summit or Jegs or whoever the equivalent is that will ship to you (Alibaba maybe?). They will all operate pretty much the same, its just a matter of where on the exhaust you want it. But yeah a shop is going to have to cut and weld it in somewhere in the piping.

Maybe a pair of Varex mufflers?
Varex Mufflers
A few XF SC and XFR owners have fitted them with good results.
But as previously stated they are not "bolt on" and you will need an exhaust shop to fit them.

Hi, I actually have a Varex Xforce exhaust for sale. Model VMK51-250 with dual 4 inch Flowmaster tips and piping from the axle back. It'll also come with their Smart Box which gives you control of the exhaust system and other things via your smartphone once you download the app. I had it custom fitted on a 2011 XJL Supercharged 5.0. I purchased everything in Nov 2018.. Parts and labor ran me around $1500. Selling because my Black Cat was totaled out in Feb 2019. Ran into someone on I-5 in LA. Everything is still in excellent like new condition. I'm looking to sell everything for $1K. All you have to do is remove the stock set up from axle back, clamp on both mufflers and connect the wiring from the mufflers to the car. You can use a cigarette lighter plug for quicker installation or plug into a fuse that is active when the ignition switch is on. Honestly, this was a great set up.. I absolutely loved how it made the car exhaust pop way more than stock. My favorite times were in traffic (in sport or dynamic mode) or in a tunnel or parking lot. I'd open the valves all the way and scare the hell out of people. Ah, what a good time. LOL Check out some youtube videos of their exhaust systems and their Smart Box. It's so cool and I haven't had any problems with it. Anyway let me know if anybody is interested or if you have any questions. I'm in Burbank right outside of LA.
