Finally found a repair shop in the Atlanta area that would work on my car. I told them what happened and the SDDC results before dropping it off. $2,300 later and still no resolution.
They now say I have to get a new DVD module that has not been programmed/paired to another car.
They tried programming a used replacement I provided and the original one unsuccessfully. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Are you sure the 2nd hand IAM2.1 (media center / DVD unit) was working one, before you fitted it in your vehicle? The sympthons of non working NAV & Radio are failed or corrupted HDD. (mass storage inside unit) Been changed many IAM2.1 units for my10-13 vehicles and none needed to be coded to the vehicle as long as its correct model for your vehicle. (i think it changed on facelift) If you still have your original unit, you can try to change your original HDD to the new unit, by opening both units carefully. There are few "flex pcb wires" what are quite tight in lenght so dont "fly" the parts open once screws removed to open the unit. Skill level still quite low.
Note: Have you checked all the fuses from behind of the rear armrest fusebox?

Thanks. I will try another IAM2. The car was at the best European Garage in the Atlanta area for over two weeks. According to them they did every known diagnosis with Jaguar.
I checked the fuses (and hope they did as well). The original IAM2 that was damaged would not do anything. The replacement one would display "Audio, but no sound, and show the screen changing when put in reverse, but no picture".
At this point, if the Bluetooth Apple Carplay option will work without the MOST, then I will go with that since I was looking at upgrading to that anyway. Thanks in advance.

Ok. Note best option is to get same version of IAM2.1 your original are. There are small differences, where my10-11 are most problematic by very easy to get corrupted by map upgrade.
Are you capable do do some mechanical yourself? Owning some screwdrivers? Even your original IAM2.1 is dead the mass storage HDD inside is propably unharmed and usable.

Now I am beginning to think the IAM may not be the cause.
Any suggestions?
