Ridgeway Jaguar - Oxford

Over the years I have purchased more motor cars than I care to remember, with a significant number of them being either brand new or nearly new. But, never have I received the sort of high quality of customer service from a dealership that I received from Ridgeway Jaguar in Oxford throughout the recent purchase of my Jaguar XJ.

One of the sales team went the extra mile and beyond to bring what I see as the ultimate sales experience to someone when buying a used vehicle. He kept in touch with me on the telephone to talk to me about the progress of the vehicle preparation, he sent me two video presentations which kept me entertained (in a nice way) until I went down to collect the keys to the vehicle. And a literal unveiling of the car in the showroom, which really was and still is a talking point and the icing on the cake for us.

We chose a fantastic car, and that car took us to the best Jaguar dealership I believe that we could have purchased it from.
