Default Neutral gear.without a battery

How do you put a 2011 XJL into Neutral Gear without power.
Without damaging the transmission?

My Jaguar has no power and I need to move it?

Thank you!

You probably have to pull the centre console (between the front seats) apart to get to the interlock.

Here is a very good video on emergency roadside assistance, including what you are looking for @ time marker 3:15 (5:20 and 6:00 for newer XJs). While the demo is an XF you will see at each intro screen that many of the same procedures apply to the XJ and other Jaguar/Land Rover models.
