Goodness,
We have enough problems with female drivers (slow reaction time, less spatial awareness, poorer driving capabilities, hesitancy, plus a propensity to verbalize (text and talk on their cellphones) rather than pay attention (FOCUS) on driving.

Now all we need is a vibrating steering wheel to distract them. I can see it now, women making endless circles in parking lots while having sexual organisms. Talk about distracted driving!

I said only the sides of the steering wheel vibrating, not the lower part as well. So the only thing that will be turned on is the sat-nav, not the female.

Cheers,
Wolfy

I will consider myself lucky if there is still a car in 10 years that I can buy that doesn't drive itself.

I really like the current XJL style compared to the previous J version. I mean I would have bought the previous J version but lucked into this '12 and really love this automobile.
Hope they don't drastically change the exterior.

I'm hoping that one day they will design a retro XJ...something similar to the Bertone 99 Concept a few years back. Classic but VERY modern, whilst still looking like a Jag.

I am loving the look of this. There is nothing out there that could convince us to part with our much loved Jaguar 2013 XJ Portfolio... Until I saw those 2019 photographs, now we have something to look forward to :-)

Yes the B99 looks awesome with the classic lines of the X350. Most importantly, a bonnet leaper looks good on it, unlike the X351.

Stuart S,
Good posts. Thanks for the pictures..
I was thinking of buying a used 2014 S63.. Instead, I think I would rather wait for 2 years and get another XJ.
For me, XJ has the best looks for the money, in its class! As is the XF.. I have both..
The red interior of the 2016 XJR, that my friend bought, was quite stunning! Dash display is improved.. but over all, the car looks not much different from my 2013 xjl (secretly, I was happy that my car does not look dated). You almost have to be an xj owner to notice that the head lights are significantly different. The tail pipes on the xjr were evident but nothing "wow" - the salesman had to actually point them out to me. I bet the xjr drives great.. I dislike the v6 on my xjl awd! Love the v8 in my xf.

100% I concur with you! I had the LS 600hl for years.. But the XJL and the S550 are now my two most favorite cars in this class and the XJL is a much better bang for the buck - due to its appearance. I dislike my awd V6's turbo whine though! Prefer the V8.
