Has any one had this experience? In the Intelligent Stop Start Mode I will be stopped, the engine will shut off, take my foot off brake engine will start, put my foot on the accelerator and car will not move, will look at gear selector and the car is in Drive and Red Light will be Flashing, will have to take the car out of drive and put it back in drive before the car will move forward. This has happened three different times now. It is at if the car has shifted in to park or neutral.
I took the car to service today but they will not be able to address this issue until Monday so I will take the car back on Monday. The service writer had no idea as to what might be the cause of the problem.
The owners manual mentions this issue but does not go into any detail about a single cause , just states that if you take the car out of gear and put it back into gear and nothing happens get it into the dealer.
The service writer said that I might also want to turn the ECO Mode off if the problem gets to be to much of an issue before I take the car in on Monday.
Right now this is not a big deal as it only takes a few seconds to take the car out of gear and put it back in gear.

 

I just got off the phone with the service manager and per a bulletin that was issued for the problem that I explained, they reconfigured the PCM and VCM. They are thinking that this will solve the problem.
Out of the few cars that they have performed this procedure on, they say that none have returned for this issue.

 

There is also a service bulletin out for poor AC performance and one for the selector knob,seat control switches and power widow switches feeling sticky to the touch.
