I don't think there is anything they can do about the windshield other than put a disclaimer on the website before you order it to let you know that it can cause distortion. I know other companies are starting to offer it as well so it will become an issue when owners of BMW's or Mercedes start complaining because they have a larger customer base.

Did your passanger front window work? It could have been your the waist seal, which was replaced during the enhancement depending on your VIN. The reason I said did you check the passanger front side is because the waist seal is also replaced on that side too, depending on your VIN. The roof noise,well, who knows. The early VINS make noise, I have heard of some fixes, but... Most of the noise is from the glass itself, and not something behind the headliner. I have seen, and heard of guys putting wedges and what not in the roof, depending on your noise.
