Was an option missed off my car?

Hi all,
Picked up a beautiful new Stratus Grey XJL on Monday and I'm absolutely loving it. I am wondering, though, if the factory didn't add one of the options...
Amongst the options on the car, it's supposed to have the adaptive headlights (which I do have) and also the Intelligent High Beam assist. I think that option is missing...! There's no option to turn it on or off in the vehicle setup menu and I couldn't get it to work on a dark country road.
I'm checking with the dealer tomorrow, but wondered if members who do have high beam assist have the option to toggle it on and off their setup menu? It's not normally an option I'd care about but we have a place near Paso Robles and it's a 60 mile ride along country roads off the 101 to get there and this feature would be useful.
As an aside, I posted a thread when I was shopping for the car and noted that I thought that the ride was a shade firmer than I'd expected. It wasn't bad, but I noticed the suspension felt firm when going over expansion joints and ridges in the road etc. Lo and behold, it turned out my tires still had the shipping pressures... They were all set at 50lbs. Dropped them to the factory recommended pressure and the ride is much better - it's now exactly as I had expected and wanted it to be.

AUTO HIGH BEAM
This feature automatically selects and
deselects high beam, under specific conditions
of road lighting and in the absence of other
vehicle’s lights. The system is only active when
the ambient light drops below a predetermined
level.
This function is only active if the lighting switch
is in the AUTO position and the stalk is in the
central position.
The system will only activate when vehicle
speed exceeds 25 mph (40 km/h). The system
will deactivate when vehicle speed drops below
15 mph (24 km/h).
Note: Auto high beam does not operate when
reverse gear is selected.
To manually select high beam, move the stalk
to the high beam position as normal. To return
to Auto high beam, move the stalk back to the
central position.
To manually override to low beam from high
beam, pull the stalk to the flash position and
auto high beam will be cancelled. To return to
auto high beam, push the stalk to the high
beam position, and then return it to the central
position.

Hi all - the factory did indeed miss the option off the car... I have the wrong rear view mirror fitted, they installed the standard version which doesn't have the sensor needed to utilize the feature. We checked another car on the lot which has the feature and it has both the correct rear view mirror and the option available in the set up menu.
It's going in Tuesday for the dealer to hopefully remediate. I'm hoping it's as simple as fitting the right part and activating/coding the feature.
