Does anyone have a diagram / instructions on how to remove the rear seat? I would like to trade out the rear subwoofers. Old Jaguar diagrams do not apply. Thanks for the help.
You should be able to access the rear subwoofers through holes in the trunk/boot. There is no trim blocking access.
If you want to remove the rear seat the instructions are identical to the older X350. There are four sprung clips holding down the seat cushion and then two straps that release the seat back clips. You won't be able to access the subs from the cabin though without removing the C pillar trims (carefully ply from the top edge, then slide forward), the rear bulkhead insulation, and then the parcel shelf which is fixed at the front.
Start from the trunk though and see if that is easier.
My best guess from the EPC and the photos is you want C2D3465 (C2D3465010 should be a pack of 10, but they are often split so check the quantity you are ordering).
Thanks again Xdave!
But something is not right?
I have ordered C2D3465010 already and the price is only $2.35 from Jaguar and that is way too cheap for 10 clips? So like you said I bet it's been split up into individual clips.
I have 6 on order.
C2D3465 was not a number I had found either but sure looks correct too! I have not ordered any of these yet but if what I get does not work it would be another possibility.
I do see that these are all the same Except the inner round pin is a different diameter. So they snap into different width slots on the backside of the trim panels.
I will report back when my order arrives to see if I can nail this down for the future.

Got my order in from Jaguar and I can answer for sure what clips go where and their part numbers.
The trim panel I posted above takes C2D3465010 (bag of 10?) or C2D3465 as XDave posted. These are used a bunch on interior trim panels.
Here are the dimensions;
Part number C2D3422 is close but won't fit as it's dimensions are different where it snaps into the trim panel.
I thought they might fit the scuff plates but they are different. If anybody knows where this clip is used please post.
Someone had removed the rear door panel before and tore up the access plate for the door panel mounting screw. If you use a screw driver try to mark up the removable cover and NOT the door panel!
#C2D5587PVJ. Note they are interior color so the last 3 letters are the color code and mine is "Ebony".
Also was missing the little round piece of black plastic over the screw behind the inside door handle.
#C2Z10233PVJ and again the PVJ is "Ebony"
All the door panels/cards take part #C2P7160.
The interior door trims (wood or CF) have 2 big white clips and they look fine but I found out mine were broken. It's the internal tabs that get sheared off.
C2D10041 is the part number. Here is where they go on the trim panels.
Here you can see what breaks off and what to look for on your old ones.
I always break some plastic when taking stuff apart and this time was no different. Hard to find the right part numbers for all the plastic clips even with the JEPC.
