Default Removal of wood door trim extra advice

I know there is a sticky regarding removing the door card which is what I ultimately want to do to cure some annoying rattles but I can't seem to be able remove the wood trim as instructed in the 2 guides. Pulling the end out I can't seem to get it to unclip before it slides. Can anybody recommend any tools to help or any specific techniques ..?

This is the rear driver's side...... Yellow arrow are 2 clips the you'll pry the panel out......then slide it the way the red arrow shows.

. Back side

Thanks. it's the prying part I've having difficulty with as the clips seem rock solid and I can't get the trim to move out more than about 0.5cm. just wondered if there were any tips on tools to use for the prying bit or is it literally brute force?

Ah ok the clips seem quite close to the end, that's a useful picture thanks. I'll try a plastic pry tool similar to what you are using if I can find one suitable. I left this stage to last thinking it was the easier bit but really struggling with it for some reason.

Thanks. Mine does not pull away that easily. I'm going to try and get a flat strong knife behind it and try pry it and see if I get those two clips to release.

Thanks to all, I managed to get this off this morning with a pry tool once I knew exactly where the two clips were.
