With the information we now have just forget ALL the aftermarket couplers and get the proper Eaton made one.

If his zz coupler seemed fine in terms of fit and quality like he says I don't see what difference the Eaton one will make

He changed the snout and coupler at the same time so we do not know if it was the coupler or the snout maybe the zz coupler was perfectly fine
