Start Button Replacement

Start Button Replacement
My otherwise near perfect XJ has a scuffed start button. I ordered a replacement. It’s covered in other forums but nothing X351 specific I can really find. Looks like you “slightly pry” existing one out with a small trim tool? Plug new one into harness. What about the silver bezel around it? Trim tool? Twist off? Any advice greatly appreciated! Pics even better. Thanks in advance!

Finished some help for others
So it was a little trickier than I thought. Here’s some tips for others….
1. The silver/chrome bezel is part of the switch itself…not clear to me on other post
2. I gingerly eased it up/out with a small trim tool. The silver bezel popped off.
3. The clips on it prevented me from getting the whole thing out. I got most of the old switch out as in the button and most of the body of it.
4. Fair amount of slack on the harness. Unplugged and plugged the new one in.
5. The part of the old switch with the clips fell into the dash as I was working. Hopefully it will be quiet and fall out one of these days.
6. New one plugged in and snapped into place…looks great
7. For me used hemostats, small flashlight, small plastic trim tool
hope this helps someone. Sorry should have done pics.
