On both the X308 and X350, I would recommend doing a hard reset, but with the aux battery for the X351, I don't know if one can be done.
Start with the lists of fuses in the owner manual and then see if you might have a blown fuse. My guess is that the fuse will be in the fuse box behind the rear seat arm rest. Fold down the arm rest and there is a Velcro panel to get access to those fuses. The owner manual will tell you which fuse to check.
