There are a few torx screws that have to be removed look carefully around the door. The Wood trim that runs the length of the door has to come off too. There is a 10mm bolt behind it that has to come off. There firmly remove the door panel. There are metal clips at the top of the panel, then plastic clips around the panel. Remove the latch cable from the latch, then the electrical connectors. Reverse the disassembly.

I realize this is an old post but I recently had a coworker slam my door so hard that it broke something off inside and now has a rattle. I'm trying to remove the passenger door and got it all the way but one spot behind the wood that's not letting the door panel come free. I'm pretty sure the wood panel has to come off but I don't want to just pull on it and in case it cracks. Is there a trick to removing this? Any insight or pictures would be a huge help.
Thanks,
Curtis

jaglover123 thank you so much for that .pdf! That is exactly what I was looking for. I spent 4 hours Saturday but couldn't figure out the wood panel. I was afraid if I pulled to hard it would crack.

please keep us informed on how it turns out as I may be a client for the procedure if it comes out good.
