Updating the Navigation

The X351 Jaguar does not use a disc, the update is via the usb socket in the centre armrest, you can buy the update from Jaguar and install it yourself, I have heard it can take a while. The previous model XJ used a disc and the last disc for that system was produced in 2012, I fitted that disc to my 2004 Super V8.
Personally I prefer a Tomtom with "live" traffic.

Just a correction here. The early model X351's (using the B&W entertainment/info system) are updated by inserting a disk in dashboard CD player.
I have done this myself. It is simple to do. The only caveat is that you need to drive the car around for about an hour while the update completes.
Power-off is required to activate the update also (stop the car and shutdown the engine).
Don't be tempted to leave your car idling for an hour... entertainment systems have been know to go to sleep and bork the install.

This varies from market to market: in the UK updates are via USB thumb drive (or over the air for the really new ones)

Here is the nav update site for Jaguar. I changed it to Sweden and it shows 5 different options. The details all say it's a USB stick too?
Note it does not break out Sweden so maybe an E-mail to verify what you car needs?
At least in the US it looks like we use the USB stick
