Water Leak front pax footwell
Default XJ LeakI have a 2012 XJ 5.0SC RHD in NZ. I am getting water in the front pax footwell. I had a corrosion issue between the steel sunroof frame and aluminium body which I got rectified but probably didn't go far enough. I didn't take the leading small glass roof panel out and there was a slight trace of corrosion under that. I have hosed water on the lower windscreen, no leaking. I suspect the sunroof area is the source of the issues, maybe drains I can't see are blocked. The water begins appearing on the carpet on the top of the sill just in front of the metal kickplate, Any thoughts welcomed,

Check door seals that they sit at bottom of the body seam. At least one member had leak for front footwell thru doorseal what have been rise up from its place.
If the roof leaks inside, you should be able to catch the leak behind A-pillar cover. Screw is hidden under "Airbag" badge -> Disconnect battery before you work any areas with airbags.
Place paper towels as well as you can inside A-pillars and pour water to the roof. If towels get wet: You have found where it come inside.
