What’s the difference between these two rear AC LCD panels?

What’s the difference between these two rear AC LCD panels?

I have a 2011 Supersport. The panel on the right is what came in my car. Which one is better? Is the one on the left a touch screen? I plugged it in to my car but it does not work.

The panel on the left is NOT a touchscreen. It is the panel fitted to cars with heated rear seats, but lacking 4 zone a/c.

Thanks for posting the pictures too! I have never seen an XJ without the 4 zone AC.
Kind of strange that a Super Sport came without it?

actually, mine came with the 4 zone controls. I mistakenly thought that other was a screen upgrade (cleaner look). Turns out not to be a screen at all. My bad
