What is the difference between 2009 - s015 Phase I and 2016 - present Phase II ?
I have been reading specs about the 2014 XJ Supercharged that I bought last Friday. I keep seeing references about a Phase II restyle, but when I look at photos of a 2016 XJ, I don't see anything different.
Anyone familiar with the differences? My 2014 has a 8 speed transmission compared to the 6 speed in the 2009, is that the difference?

A few other 2016 updates:
Interior changes start with the updated eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system also seen in the XF and XE, which includes pinch-to-zoom gestures and even optional Wi-Fi. The fully digital instrument cluster is now more customizable, and can display the navigation map and directions full-sized in the driver’s line of sight. The existing XJL Portfolio and Portfolio Supercharged now have quilted seating surfaces finished with diamond pattern.
Under the XJ’s skin, the flagship features new electric power steering, which Jaguar claims increases responsiveness and steering speed compared to the outgoing hydraulic-assist system, although it is offered only on rear-wheel drive models. Even those become more capable than ever on slippery surfaces, with Jaguar’s new All-Surface traction control system that was introduced on the XF. It allows drivers to select a speed and the car’s electronics automatically manage traction to pull away on snow, ice, or other slick surfaces. The 2016 Jaguar XJ also continues to offer driver aids including adaptive cruise control, oncoming vehicle alert, reverse traffic detection, 360-degree surround camera, and semi-automated self-parking system on rear-wheel drive models.
