Will XK wheels fit on an XJ?

I'm looking at a set of 21" wheels, these are the specs:
Front wheels are 21x9 +35 255/30/21
Rears are 21x10.5 +45 295/25/21.
Will they fit a 2011 XJL?
Thanks in advance for your advice!

XJLFTW, the wheels should fit no problem. Doing some looking, you are only looking at a 5mm difference (less than 1/4") based on the rim. so, they should fit on no problem. The wheels will sit in towards the outside of the car just a little bit more. Granted, you are also getting an extra 1/4" from the wider tire. So, overall, because you are moving the tire towards the outside of the car by 10mm (roughly 3/8"), you should be fine.
What will also help with this is that you are going to be using a slightly shorter tire (ie, not as tall. The factory 245/45-19 is 27.7" tall where the 255/30-21 is only 27.0" tall. So, this is going to help "pull the tire away" from the fender by 0.35". This is going to help prevent any rubbing. With this being said, you are going to be introducing a slight error into the speedo with the tire setup. You will see a -2.4% error. What this really means is when you are doing an indicated 70 mph, you will actually be doing 68.3 mph (or a 2 mph difference). This will have minimal impact on the car and worst case, you can reprogram the computer to correct this induced error (but requires a dealership diagnostic unless you have the high end code reader/programmer).
Hope this gives you the info that you are after.

Last question: Will the TPMS from an XK work with my TPMS system or will I need new ones?

The TMPS system should work as long as it has the same FCC numbers. The XJ uses a very simple TMPS sensor. As I recall, you will need to program the sensors to the car. Look in the owners manual. It tells you how to do it as I recall. The only other thing that I can possibly think of is you may need to adjust the receiver portion that is mounted near the rotor. If the sensor gets too far away from the receiver, it may not work. But, I would give it a try first just programming with everything stock and then see what you have at that point.
