So i found those chrome surrounds on ebay for 164EUR each from germany. So its around 400eur shipped. I think ill give it a go

But now im looking and it and comparing to the forum user who made a conversion, and i see that the 2016 bumper grille chrome is wider. And possibly wont fit the 2011 model. I will ask him if he has prefacelift chromes.

I was able to source the parts for $1288 including shipping. Special Thanks to Rostman for sharing that with minor mod that you don't need Template Kit C2D27986 for the install...

looks great, but including labour costs thats like £800 atleast in the Uk

i simply cant justify that when a new bumper costs about the same from a non-dealer garage

 

It was DIY so $0 labor costs for me

 

So i figured out that a 2016 model bumper grille with chrome inserts is 164euro each. But an older version XJR grille cost 743EURo each lol, but they offered me a complete 2016 model bumper for 1294EUR, with all sensors etc.
