XJ J blades dim

XJ J blades dim
Hi, I upgraded my 2011 XJ to 2016 J blade LED headlights. The upgrade went well except for the cornering lights not working, and the J blades are only illuminating in DIM mode. Done everything I can think of, anyone else having this issue. Can live without the cornering lights, but would really like to get the J blades brighter. Would really like some help with this.Thanks a lot.
