6.0 no spark, no injector pulse

The 1994 6.0 V12 would have a distributor on top of the engine, correct? That is a mechanical system that uses an amplifier (or two?). I'm not really familiar with that system, as the 6.0 of the X305 series which I own, has electronic ignition with coil packs in place of the distributor. The XJ81 6.0 and XJS 6.0 from 94-95 used a distributor ignition. Users over there can give advice on maintenance of that ignition system.

On our 6.0's (95, 96's) there are 2 crank sensors one in the front and one in the back, yours may have two crank sensors also. I spect it does. As SleekJag12 indicated above re post your question on the XJS/XJ81 forums as they have 3000 times the traffic this 305 forum has. You will have allot better chance at resolving. Do a search on them forums as chances are your issue is not unique and has already been discussed. Good luck and it's good to see you have not given up.

See page 71 and 73 for a 1994 XJS V12 engine
Notice on page 73 the 1994 has both a front and rear speed sensor
What year is the car ?

See page 193 and see if this doc covers your engine year
What brand of ECU do you have ? Denso or Lucas

See Fuel Injection Main Relay if so labelled on your XJ6
This relay powers your ECU which in turn controls the fuel injectors and ignition control
