Default 04 engine module

My i930 icarsoft can't read the engine module on my 2004 XJ8.
All sorts of engine module info on the 2007 XJ8 VDP,
Unable to upgrade, and no answers to my E Mails, W T F.
Really like the reader, except this one glitch it works great.
Anyone know of a reader able to read the 04 engine module ???????????????

the only way to read ECM with the i930 is go to OBD2 diagnostics and go from there . it will not read through Diagnostics

That tells me if it passes emissions or not, as well as a few other things
On the 07 it will tell you the number of warm ups, as well as other engine module information.
None of that info is available on the 04, as that info comes from the engine module, W T F
There is not a reader out there for my car???

the good thing about the icasoft is it see's the CAN BUS & Other network codes .
it will tell you most of that stuff you'r looking for . just in a different page of the tool .
and point you to a specific bad ABS wheel sensor ect.
there are also specific updates for specific use of the icarsoft ,
i use (obd car doctor APP) on my iphone using the ELM327 (wifi) for ecm data ,
better graphs ,
easier to use ect .

Other than the one complaint, it works perfectly on the 04, just like it does the 07.

So back to the original question.

Is there a reader out there that will read the earlier XJ8's engine module information?
