Well first you need to repair the hose so that it is not leaking then if possible drive the car around a quiet road away from traffic or in a car park if possible and it may take 20 mins to recover.

Just rejoin the hose
Go to a hose fitting shop. In the pneumatic range they will have a snapin joiner (see pic)
The joiner will be aprox 1in long and made of either plastic or stainless steel.
Just make sure the hose are cut straight and push in to the joiner, job done

I already fix hose properly.I'm sure that the hose is ok.Problem is that the compressor when hose was cut stop working at all.Is possible that the air compressor is damage after the air line system was leaky?

I do not think that you have damaged the compressor. The compressor only runs with the engine on.

The fuse for the compressor is F6 (40 amp) in the under bonnet (hood) fuse box.Is this one you have checked?

Otherwise you need to have the codes read with a scanner which can "see" chassis codes not just OBD codes.

This will give an indication of where the problem is.

Yes all fuses and relays are ok.So I see that is one way to check what is wrong and take the car to flat bed and go to the dealer?Any solution how I can check air compressor?maybe ECM blocked air pump and without erase trouble codes compressor will not be working?

Disconnect the airline at the compressor
Pressurise with another air source, see if it pumps up the airbag

At a pinch remove the airlines attach to a pushin manfold and a tyre valve
Use the tyre pump to get going

The compressor may be faulty but its hard to tell if you have a open air line

Internally it has the compressor, pressure switch and vent valve
You cant get to the pressure switch but can access the vent valve

If all is working ok the compressor pumps up the tank till the tank pressure is reached and cuts off. The vent is for over pressure lowering the tank pressure. This the rush of air you hear after you shutoff the engine.

If the tank has any pressure (assuming the lines are ok) diconnecting a line or adding power to the vent will cause the tank to vent. You will hear this.
If it does not vent you have no pressure, possible causes

1. Fuse
2. Relay
3. Compressor/pressure switch
4. Vent
5. Open lines

You can apply 12v power to the compressor and see if it runs.

PS if you really need a compressor, get the one from the range rover its half the price and the same part

Cheers

One is the compressor the other is the vent

If the compressor runs, as you have proved check the cable that goes to the same pin

It should have power with the engine running
The other one will not as it not supposed to be venting

Work the fault backwards, fuse, relay air suspension module

See the electrical guide fig 5.03 "air suspension system"

To 34by151, I like your idea of pumping up and testing an air shock by removing the airline at the shock and attaching a pushin manifold and a tyre valve and using a tyre pump. Can you let us know how you made this meaning the exact size of the fitting and tubing to the tyre pump, etc. If I went to the hardware store I am not sure what to actually ask for.

Thanks,

There is a kit/ part for service called the "valve block kit"
In reality its just 4 bolts but it sounds nice and lets you charge more for a set of low grade bolts
Its used for testing the compressor and tank

Just remove the air lines from the valve block and block the holes with a bolt.
you can do all 4 for testing or any mix up to all 4

With that said go to a hose fitting shop
All the parts are off the shelf so it will be easy
You need
1 - Push fittings to suit the tube
2 - Some spare tube
3- push in manafiold
4- push in connector to tyre valve

With these parts you can bypass the manafold and pump up all the bags with a std type compressor

If you remove one tube and block you can use just the "push in connector to tyre valve" to pump up one bag

At a pinch you can use the above to replace the compressor with a cheepe compressor for pumping up tyres. Dont expect it to last but will get you where you need to go

For the Tyre valve see here (schrader valve)
Tyre Inflation & Chucks

Oh yeah the threaded ends to the tube are just standard compression fittings

Cheers

My guess is that when the line broke, the compressor ran until it died trying to repressurize the system. If you put 12 volts to the compressor and it and it doesn't run, it's shot. Just replace it. These things are dying pretty regularly at this age, so it was probably close to due anyway.

Hi everyone.
I just repaired the air compressor.I replaced brushes inside the air compressor and now air pump working fine but I still have the trouble on the dash that the air suspension has the fault. The fault did not shining when the car is standing and engine running. The trouble appear when the car is moving approximately after 5 minutes.Any suggestions?Which way is the best to check air leak on the suspension shock, which fluid will be the best to make leak test?
I see that after 2 days car has different height, different is about 2-5mm between wheels.

The cheapest solution is to use soapy water in a spray bottle and spray the air fittings on top of the shocks.

If you can't locate the leak with the soapy-water, try disconnecting the connectors at the air manifold (under spare tire) and check which shock looses air over-night.

I used the soap[y-water test on my VDP last year and replaced a worn O-ring on my left front shock. When the temp started to go below 40 degrees, the front lowered again. Disconnected the connectors on the manifold and the right shock lost air. took care of that shock, now the air suspension is fine but the bushings need replacing.....never ends.

4 or 5 mins. after starting and driving my jag I can just hear the compressor running.
If you are getting the amber light then it could be that the compressor is weak.
See this thread for how to fix.
