It's well worth downloading JTIS - from which
Fill the cooling system up to the MAX mark on the coolant expansion tank using a fifty percent mixture of Jaguar Premium Cooling System Fluid or equivalent, meeting Jaguar specification WSS M97B44-D and fifty percent water.
Install the expansion tank pressure cap.
Remove the supercharger coolant fill plug.
Remove and discard the sealing washer.
Place a suitable cloth around supercharger fill port.
Jaguar recommends filling the cooling system with softened water.
Top up the coolant through the supercharger fill port.
Coolant may spill from supercharger fill port when ignition switched on.
Switch ignition on.
Do not allow the supercharger water pump to run dry for more than one minute.
Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.
Allow the supercharger water pump to run and top up the coolant through supercharger fill port.
Switch the ignition off.
Install the supercharger coolant fill plug.
Install a new sealing washer.
Tighten to 45 Nm.Clean off any spillages.

The fill plug is the big hex socket head

No need to change the washer.

You can improvise with a bolt, weld a nut on or use two nuts locked together with a ring spanner on the lower one.
It is damned tight usually.

Here's the fill & bleed procedure for your intercooler system.

And here's a tip for the SC plug, forget about a tool, locate a short bolt with a 15mm or 9/16" head, and two nuts for it. Screw the two nuts on the bolt and jam them together as tightly as you can. Now you have a tool to remove the plug with a normal wrench or socket. Use the bolt head for your hex tool.

Cheers,
