My first meaningful post outside of the NooB area.

I am watching an 06 XJR here in Nashville but after test driving it, it needs some things done to it soon if I can't get the dealer to take care of them.

Brakes, front brakes are definately in need of new rotors and pads. I've seen a lot of info on the earlier 04 and 05 stuff but there have been refferences to 06 having some sort of improvement. How much for a complete 4 wheel set of rotors and pads? I can handle the labor. I've got Red Stuff pads on my Lincoln LS and they squealled horribly for around 4k miles before they bedded properly on matching EBC rotors. I'm not sure I want to use them again. OEM rotors look to be the best option correct?

Intake, I think it has a Mina intake on it (it's blue and an open cone) and while this slightly concerns me as to how the car has been treated (aftermarket intake, worn brakes) it's checking out fine otherwise. I am really thinking I want to go back to the stock setup as I don't like open cones hanging out in the enginebay.

The exhaust is still Jag (I checked). However, I'm wondering since the pulleys are both black for the Mina, or other aftermarket, 1.5psi and the stock pulley, how can I tell the difference?

Is the 06 afflicted with the same air suspension issues as the others seem to be?

How hard is it to get a Nav disc? When I test drove it, there wasn't one but that could just be they took it out.

Finally.... Why the heck are 19in tires so much more than 20in ones? I am hugely impressed by my Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Possitions on the LS but it's $115 a tire more for the 19in tires than the 20in ones! **Rant off**
