There are 3 fuse boxes, one under the bonnet, one in the boot and one in the cabin.
If you PM me your email address I will email you a 91 page electrical wiring diagram in .pdf form (its from a 2003.5MY car but I would think most will be the same), this shows fuses, circuits, wiring, modules, and anything else to do with the cars electricals.
Whats a fight lite?

jgm,

The air suspension system has a total of 3 fuses and 1 relay located in two fuse boxes. If you want to do a cursory check of these:

In the engine compartment fusebox look at the 40A fuse #6. This operates the air pump. In addition, same fuse box, look at the brown relay, position #1 also for the air pump. If you suspect the relay, try switching it with R2 just to try for operation. R2 is the RH main beam, so not too much impact if R1 relay is bad.

Next, go to the trunk fuse box. Look at two fuses there. F12 is a 10A fuse and F52 is a 20A fuse. Both of these are assigned to the air suspension.

In process of elimination, these are the easiest checks, but I am going to suggest, with a right front collision, you might have more serious air suspension issues like a damaged RF level sensor to name just one.

Keep posting, let's see how you progress.

Thanks both of you guys 4 the help first of all. I know its not the level sensor cuz the level sensor is on the left hand side of the car. As for the fuse box in the front I replaced the whole box and it came with all fuses and relays. But I will try your suggestion. Thanks

jgm,

There are 4 level sensors, one at each wheel. You might be thinking about the acceleration sensors. Was the headlamp completely destroyed RH side and do you have HID?

Also, where did you acquire the Engine comp. fuse box? New or used? The fusebox is high risk buying used as there are a number of non-replaceable relays built into the fusebox PCB. Some ebayers, for example, sell these on Ebay probably not knowing the PCB is bad, junkyards too.

PM privileges will be 'upgraded' automatically by the system after the 'qualifying' period expires for new members. That, in addition to the limited access to the garage and photo galleries aids in keeping the numerous spammers at bay, or at least we are trying. Be patient, and keep posting... you're privileges will be granted soon.

Email addy there is the best way right now.

Actually, after the early cars, the front end went to only one sensor with two in the rear. I don't know the VIN range offhand.

I checked, after G26872, the right front level sensor was omitted.

Thanks, good info. I don't have any late X350s that get on my radar.

Yea it deff only has 1 level sensor in the front. And the fuse box in the front is brand new from the dealer. It seems none of the modules r gettin power cuz even the tire pressure sensor is not even gettin reconized

Check the box in the thunk, I had power lead wire needing to be replaced there due to corrosion at the connector this was after water in the trunk. That wire controlled the whole system for the suspension, if the system does not scan at all, you might want to give that a try.
