1998 XJ8 4Ltr Saloon
Hi, Hope someome can help.
I am the proud owner of a "1998 XJ8 V8 Auto Salooon".
The problem is that over the last few months I seem to be having trouble with the engine dying.
If I travel at speeds upto 70mph there is no problem.
If I travel at speeds about 75mph-upwards, after a few minutes the car engine cuts out.
I then have to coast to the side of the road and stop.
As soon as I have stopped, I restart the engine without any problems.
Hope someone can help me with this problem.
