2003 XJR

If you change the engine ECM does that change the Mileage reading on the speedometer to what the other car had on it???

Risks anti-theft so have a plan for that.

Generally you'd expect to get the larger of the mileages to prevent bad behaviour.

Why are you even considering to change it? It's a good way to bigger grief.

No, mileage will remain yours.
