2004 XJ8 air to coil conversion question C-2745 or C-3270

Hi Guys
going to do the coil conversion on my 2004 XJ8,i know there are 2 kits C-2745 and C-3270,just wondering how much better the C-3270 is for the extra $500,any thoughts apperciated

One shows two, the other shows four, shocks in their adds.

Could make difference.
