2004 XJR location of throttle body elec. connector & need help identifying diff part
Hey everyone,
So long story short we disassembled the SC system to swap out the injectors months ago and just getting around to reassembling. 80% done with reassembly just have a couple questions...
1) First attached pic shows the throttle body and the small connector port that sits on the top right hand side of TB. We cant seem to find the wire that clips into the port. Any idea on location? We think it might have been trapped underneath some other parts we already assembled but we haven't found it yet
2) Second attached pic shows a part with air fitting attached. Any idea what this part is and more importantly where it is located in the engine bay? The mechanic friend that disassembled this months ago cant remember the location.
Many mahalos

My 2005 XJR. The upper blue wrench handle is pointing to the SC bypass valve actuator that you are holding.
You can see the male plug you are referring to as well. Move that high load breather pipe out of the way and look for the leads you see in my pic.
In the second pic you can see where the bypass valve actuator attaches on the side of the actual butterfly valve housing. Very fiddly to get to.
I took pictures all through the disassembly process.
