It looks like harness from fuse box to rad fan have wires with no insulation
and as result fan is working 1 minute and become dead next one.

My question is:
is there part number or something helpful to start with?

There is an EPC you can download in the sticky on this forum but I doubt

the info you need is in there.

There are a number of Jag part specialists in the US -Gaudin comes to mind (in Vegas) or

just ring a local Jag Dealer (the parts guy) and let him do the looking but just get the number.

I am guessing that a new harness will not be cheap but I am sure you can find an used one

from breakers especially in the UK.

 

Tried that but... everybody wants to know what part # is or
they are too lazy to look for one because $10 for them ain't money
