Smile 2004 XJR with violent front shake

Hell all,
I've been searching past forum post regarding front end shake and have not quite found an answer. I had a slight front end shake that could be felt and seen through the steering wheel and it became worst when braking at highway speeds, also there was a grinding noise when braking at very low speed. Today I replaced the front rotors and brake pads. The noise is gone, but the shaking has become considerably worst at all speeds and very violent at speeds from about 45mph upwards. What did I do wrong? Did replacing the rotors cause an imbalance in the front end? I will take everything apart tomorrow to see if I can find the problem. I made sure that all the torques were at spec. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

PROBLEM SOLVED!!

I'm feeling less like a Jaguar and more like a Jackass

Somehow a washer got lodged between the face of the rotor and the wheel.. What happen when you rush. Now to test drive.

99% of shaking on this car under braking are worn bushings on front arms, especially at initial phase of braking. Went through this on my car.

I'm in the process of re-doing the front suspension, But this shaking was due to an assembly problem caused by me.
