I have not seen those clips but the tiny button showing are easily available on ebay, I have replaced broken ones in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Mercedes and BMW before. If you do not have a button already then you can just push a small spike or bradall through the belt in the correct position, make sure you get it correct, then the button pushes through and the part on the reverse side presses on to hold it in place

When that happened to my X300, we just replaced both front belts, Not terribly expensive, but very labor intensive. The seats have to come out, the B pillars have to be stripped down, and it is challenging to keep everything oriented just right.
