Default 05 Jaguar XJR Removal and Value Catalytic Converters

I am looking at removing my 2005 Jaguar XJR Catalytic Converters and get the scrap value and just straight piping the car. Does anyone know how to remove the Cats and also the scrap values? I just got $1100 for my 2002 Jaguar XJR Cats.

Thanks for your help. Are these just under the car?

Keep in mind if you remove the cats you are going to have a check engine light on from the post cat O2 sensors. Sounds like a lot of work for not much gain. And the car will smell stronger of gas fumes
