There are no after-market units available, mostly due to the very odd optical audio system Jaguar uses in these cars.
Bring the unit to any local tv/audio repair shop and they may be able to swap the bad IC - they use standard TDA power amps.
Also keep an eye on ebay and local junkyards as used units pop up eventually.

Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market usually turns up amplifiers (last time I checked for someone else) in the $125-$150 range for the cheapest. Not bad!
